My name is Marion Guiset, Leadership Coach, certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
After graduating from the ESSCA, a French Business School in 2006, I started my career at Carré Noir (Publicis Paris). Then my passion for travel led me to live in Canada for 12 years, where I worked as a Senior Account Manager in tourism.
In 2013, I felt a deep desire to build a career in service of humanity. So, I trained and was certified as a coach in Canada with the Coactive Training Institute, a coaching school affiliated with Harvard Medical School for research in Neuroscience. I am also certified as a PCC by ICF.
Today I love supporting managers, directors, and entrepreneurs around the world. Helping them to develop their full potential by being more daring and authentic. Thanks to my experience of having to adapt to different cultures (companies, countries, etc.), I quickly understand their challenges in demanding and changing contexts.

Convinced by the power of a holistic approach to integrating new behaviors, I am a soft skills trainer at ImprO2 (training organization): I support executives and leaders in developing their behavioral agility via improvisation.
